My quibble with how the SD protocols look:

If a judge is not judging a certain component, the score should be left blank -- should not be shown as 0.00. :no:​

No, AFAIK, the others are correct that it is starting within a few minutes, at this point.

At the end of the SD, the announcer had said that pairs would start in 45 minutes.
