To me the CAN pair should have been 2nd overall here. Their PCS should have been higher than the 2nd USA Pair.

And worse part, I just went and checked the protocols and it was the CAN judge that gave very high PCS to the 2nd USA team. 1- 2 points higher then even the USA Judge.
