Great fields in both Srs and Jrs. 😍

Personally very excited for the slightly older baby Germans (Karla Maria Karl and Kai Hoferichter) to make their Sr debut, and for the two new Italian baby dance teams (Giulia Isabella Paolino/Andrea Tuba and Noemi Maria Tali/Noah Lafornara) to be up against each other in the same competition. ☺️

(Side note - Giulia and Noah skated together for the US back in Novices, so it's kind of cute that they have both switched to Italy independently of each other at the same time).

I know that I'm biased because I have adopted them, but is anybody else getting concerned that there has been no sign of Elisabetta Leccardi / Mattia dalla Torre at any events this season yet? I would have expected them to have been here at least.

Is Mattia still not fully recovered from his injury? Has there been further injury issues for either of them? Or have they maybe stopped skating together? Neither of them has posted anything skating related since way last season (Elisabetta in September; and Mattia in February).

Mind you, if they are no longer skating together, they are still friends because Elisabetta is with Mattia in his most recent Instagram post, from the start of September.

I'm very intrigued by the fact that there are two competitions (at Junior and Senior levels) scheduled for guest partnerships. Yet there is nobody listed in the entries for either of them.

These "out of competition" competitions are normally for skaters where at least one partner has switched countries but is not eligible to represent their new country yet.

The fact that these competitions are in the schedule indicates that there are partnerships that are planning to compete that fall into this situation. But the fact that there is nobody listed in the entries is interesting. Of course, it could be a simple case of the partnerships involved withdrawing. However, there could be an alternative explanation. That it is not public knowledge yet that these partnerships have been formed, and their teams want to keep it quiet until the last minute.

We all love a bit of cloak and dagger stuff!

It doesn't appear that there will be a live stream, but something on FB might be a possibility if they can work it out.

Those "out of competition" seem to be
Senior: Casteller LAVINIA / Kasinskii VLAD
Junior: Arianna SOLDATI / Nicholas TAGLIABUE

They are listed in the result page of the domestic competition which takes place on the same days in the same rink.

Kasinskii VLAD is actually Vladislav KASINSKII. He is a former Russian who lastly skated for Bosnia.

Soldati/Tagliabue are skating out of competition because she was 12 years old.

Thank you for the information.  :points:

Just to let you know, dummy ISU Bio links were added to the names when you copied them over. But, whereas Casteller / Kasinskii don't have an ISU Bio yet, Soldati / Tagliabue do have one already:

https://results.isu.org/bios/isufs00112367.htm

According to it, Nicholas turns 18 in November, and Arianna turns 13 in December. So, will they be eligible to compete internationally in Juniors next season? With all these age changes that are going on, I haven't a clue what the boundaries are any more! :drama:

:thank:

Interesting Junior RD result

Paolino/Tuba are leading Fradji/Fourneaux 62.99 to 60.54. Fradji struggled on the twizzle (level 1, minus GOEs)
Tali/Lafornara and Bernard/Bonetto are just behind with 58.8/58.9

Highest TES to Paolino/Tuba.
Highest PCS to Fradji/Fourneaux

Orihara/Pirinen leading the RD.
Very close between Lagouge/Caffa and Dupayage/Nabais. Both 69.xx
Then the 2 Slovak teams with 67.4 and 65.9

Carhart/Kolosovskyi with a big lead over Ritter/Brykalov in the Azeri battle.

Jakucs/Galli achieved the minimum TES for Worlds. They already have the FD one. They didn't have the new RD one after ISU raised it from 33 to 35.

Uff, the battle for the one Jr Worlds spot will be really tough between Tali/Lafornara and Paolino/Tuba
And Taylor/Hickey have Jr Worlds minimums now

Did anyone ever find a stream or videos for me to link to in the rewatch? So far I have nothing.
