Help in identifying this pair from 2004 US nationals

Help, i have a video that i must have changed the name of thinking i would easily been able to identify the skaters but am unsuccessful. I would have posted the link, but i cannot find the video again either so you get this still shot.

The couple skated to a West Side story medley and you can see 2004 US Championships on the boards. Below are a list of skaters that competed that year if it helps...

Wikipedia says yes -

"Ibarra was born in Miami, but raised in Venezuela. He began skating at age 11 after watching a Russian circus that included skating. Ibarra eventually moved back to Miami to train.[1] His parents died when he was twelve and he was adopted by Dalilah Sappenfield and her husband."
