Help: Who is this guy?

Hello all!

I would be very grateful if anybody could help me identify the guy sitting next to Stefan Lindemann. Is he a coach or a German official or something else? It's really bugging me.

I could guess it's his choreographer and a nice routine it was. Poor Stefan, when he's hot, he's hot but when he's not.......

His name is Iwo Svec, and as Joesitz said, he's Lindemann's choregrapher.
