Tsudoi: more the Hanyu type costume
really nice contrast here of those two back to back

hmm with those and the step out it's kind of clear why the two are not impressed by the score. Still a good effort

Ryusei has a classy costume, love that
the theme would give the option to really go over the top but they decided not to
oof, tight landings and then a very themed spin (wonky.. you get it )
is this a Shoma CoSp?
oh, the relief!

And now Rio, I've seen this on JGPs and now we'll see if he can build up from there
rough start
his sloppy elbows.. hope he can improve the air position

some cuts are a bit sudden but I love the StSq
ooof that spin travelled to the UK and back to Japan
I just like it that Rio and Connor Bray do "mirrored FS" this year. Not planned of course
Rio, born in the UK, representing Japan has the Bond program
and Connor, born in Japan, representing the UK has this Japanese FS

I wish they'd use the originals throughout but perhaps this way it's more "juniorish" which they wanted it to be
I wonder - is there an interview with those athletes doing singles and pairs in Japan
- or those who switched - about what they like best?
Because it's just so different, you have this incredibly hard and dense field in singles and then pairs (and sometimes dance) where you just have to show up and you're through/qualified/the winner

My love of Zorro takes me to Yo now
Hmm I'm pretty sure I've watched this before (Regionals maybe) but I don't remeber her dress.
Maybe it's new or I focused on everything else
