If she's smart, she should know that the best time for her to retire is now. And seems like she is.
But the thing that may motivate her to come back is a complete absence of competition in Canada, which would allow her to grab few more national titles easily.

At the level she’s at I don’t think the national title would motivate her all that much. The lack of competition is relevant insofar as she has no reason to expect to have to fight for international assignments, though.

If you were to reduce the question of returning to what new laurels she could win, Four Continents is the only one that I think really stands out. But I’d say that if she comes back, it won’t be because of the lure of any particular competition, but whether she misses competing, period.
