While Japan will almost definitely keep their 3 ladies berths for next year's Worlds, the U.S.A. team striving to get that 3 spot again, and Russia determined to keep the 3 spots for the wunderkidz. Strangely enough, Italy has the possibility of getting 3 spots too with possible champion Carolina Kostner and promising Valentina Marchei (Challenge Cup!).
Many countries just want 2 spots to give their other skaters more exposure. To achieve 2 spots the skater must be in the top 10 or the team have a combined placement of 26(? check on this plz).

Estonia is sending the veteran Elena Glebova. Estonia wants 2 spots for next year's possible team: Elena Glebova (barring retirement) and Gerli Liinamae
*Elena Glebova recently earned a new PB of 158.89 at the 2012 Haabersti Cup. Still improving after 10 seasons!
Finland is sending the beautiful Juulia Turkkila and Alisa Mikonsaari (must qualify first). Finland wants to keep 2 spots for next year's possible team: Juulia Turkkila, Kiira Korpi and Laura Lepisto (hopefully recovered!)
*Juulia Turkkila may add the 3L into her repertoire that already has a 3T-3T!
France is sending national champion Yretha Silete. France wants 2 spots for next year's possible team: Yretha Silete and Mae Berenice Meite
*Yretha Silete 2A-3T combination is as strong as ever!
Korea is sending (recovering) Minjeong Kwak and Chaeyeon Suhr (must qualify first). Korea wants to keep 2 spots for next year's possible team: Minjeong Kwak, Haejin Kim, Soyoun Park
*Minjeong Kwak still has a huge 3Lz with the correct edge despite her injury!
Sweden is sending national champion Viktoria Helgesson. Sweden wants 2 spots for next year's possible team: Helgesson sisters.
