If Seradima payed her money for training as other kids that wouldn't be a problem. But when a coach pay for your appartment and let you train fpr free he expects more serious attitude. (I don't blame neither her nor him)
That's the biggest difference betwen Russian and American federations. In the US skaters pay themselves to coaches and have contracts so they can't leave without saying about. So coaches don't feel betrayted because they recieved money for their work and figure skaters don't feel the same because they understand that their coach needs money so he/she takes new students.
Well, I mentioned that Sima had reasons to leave and it was not an attitude. Without these reasons she might have stayed. Again these reasons are not related to Plushenko (i.e. it’s not that Sima said anything bad about him as coach). However, that you invest in a skater does not necessarily mean this skater has to sacrifice his/her right to happiness if some things in the surrounding turn out to be unsatisfying.If Seradima payed her money for training as other kids that wouldn't be a problem.
