153 skaters from 32 ISU Members have been entered for this XXIII Olympic Winter Games: 30 Men, 30 Ladies, 22 Pair Skating couples, 24 Ice Dance couples and 10 National Team.

There are two brothers and sisters competing at the Olympic Games:

Did you mean one skater in the category of "National Team"?
I think your intention re "National Team" is to account for Aimee Buchanan, who is competing for Israel only in the team event -- by virtue of the Additional Athletes Quota.

And 153 entries = 30 + 30 + [22 x 2] + [24 x 2] + 1.

I cannot think of what "10 National Team" would mean.
(I know that the quota theoretically allows for ten -- but in terms of actual 2018 OWG entries, the only entry based on the quota is Aimee.)

This is actually Carolina Kostner's 4th OG - she competed in 2006 in her home country Torino games as well! Quite the accomplishment (especially in Ladies, which sees far fewer repeat skaters).
