T-stop advice?

Hey guys, does anyone have any tips for doing a t-stop more comfortably?

My coach skipped over the basics with me and went right to testing, so i had to learn stops on my own, and i feel way more comfortable doing a hockey or snowplow stop than a t-stop. I'm almost to testing Juv MITF/Bronze Skating Skills and while i can do a t-stop from a slow and steady pace, i find it really hard to do it from going super fast (ex: doing a t-stop from the juv stroking power circle).

If you are comfortable with a T-stop at slower speeds, start there and work your way up to stop at a faster pace.

I like to think about T-stops as if you are scooping the ice. Think about your blade as an ice cream scoop!
