2023 Bellu Memorial
The 2023 Bellu Memorial will take place Feb 22-26, 2023, in Bucharest – Otopeni, Romania, at the Allianz Tiriac Arena. This international event will feature the Singles (Women and Men) at the Junior and Senior levels.
The competition will be conducted in accordance with the 2022 ISU Constitution and General Regulations, the 2022 ISU Special Regulations & Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating and Ice Dance, and relevant ISU Communications.
