Congratulations to Shoma Uno for scoring the second highest TES and to Tatsuki Machida for performing a clean program even though he skated last! :cheer2:

How Hanyu landed that lutz :jaw:

Sheer willpower lol. The landing was so off axis im surprised he didnt land on his face. but from that angle it looked like his air position wasnt so bad...maybe its becoming his mental block cause he hasnt landed a good once in his SP all season. During the warmup he was really hesitant in doing the combo....his toepick even stopped midway. Thats not good cause that makes it look like its manifesting into a mentality problem :slink:

TV broadcast is just about to end, and I still don't understand how Tatsu's flawless SP ranked 4 points under Yuzu's skate. I think even the audience wasn't that pleased with the score. Protocols are taking so long lol

Congrats to Shoma and Tatsu for their clean skate! I'm rooting for everyone to skate clean tomorrow.

ETA: Last group to skate tomorrow for Men's FS:

19 UNO Shoma
20 MURA Takahito
21 HANYUU Yuzuru
22 KOZUKA Takahiko
23 MACHIDA Tatsuki
24 MURAKAMI Daisuke

Maybe Tatsuki lost some points on the levels of his spins or step sequence. I was expecting him to have a higher score but oh well.

Tatsuki lost all his TES at GPF SP to Yuzuru on spins and steps levels basically, so maybe again he lost levels

Does anyone have the full Starting order for tomorrow? If so, I'll put up the FS thread?

Machida shoud've got over95 points. He skated better than skate america where he got 93p.
But over-all rankings are good, especially for Shoma.
He will become one of top skaters anytime soon.
