Yup it's a triple loop, very much in sync. I made a gif of the jump here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/120676593@N05/16176885211/sizes/o/in/photostream/

I guess it makes sense given that her injury is on her left foot, since it's the only jump where the left foot isn't taking a lot of stress.

EDIT: Updated with the gif.

Vanshilar, thx  for the information, and esp. for the gif of the sbs jumps from the Golds. :)
I love how the twins like to do stuff together -- both on and off ice. And cute that they wore Christmas colors for this vid.

GG is back with even more jumping??

I think that instagram is a message that she's ready to defend her title and not to count her out just because she's been injured.

But no 3toe. Her left foot is injured and she needs it for a 3toe. Ashley with two 3/3's will bulldoze her if she doesn't try a 3/3 or 2A/3T. Her Tano lutz is amazing btw.

Well it's not like Ashley with two 3/3's is an everyday kinda thing... It could happen but it's not guaranteed at all IMO

It's too bad Gracie's jumps in competition don't look like the ones she does in practice. She gets tight and her landing are a bit stiff and not as good of flow as in her practices.

Gracie will make the team and her foot will be healed by Worlds so she can do her 3/3 and 2a+3t. Gracie's pass muster with international tech teams 90% of the time while Ashley's, maybe 10%, if she is lucky.

You mean...Wagner outjumping Gold?? Is that even possible

Exactly - it's one thing to land all these jumps in a practice session, perhaps showing off a bit by putting it up on social media, but...they count for nada if she cannot put it together during crunch time when the pressure is on.

When she is on, though - if she can land what she sets out to do, she can challenge perhaps for the very top. She's the best we've got, we must hope she can get it together...unlike Wagner she shouldn't have to rely on the Russians making mistakes if she skates her absolute best.

Wagner having higher tech content that Gold is highly unlikely. However Gold hitting all her planned tech content is highly unlikely too. Wagner has had some solid skates this season, including getting her 3-3 at the GPF. At this point, Wagner isn't pick to win Nationals, although you never know. I'm giving Polina another chance, because her potential for clean skates is high, even though she's had a season similar to Lip's in terms of weak performances. Both can come back in their next competition but it's hard to say if they'll regain their consistency from last season.

But is it sure that she won't even attempt 3toes? Because a 3Lz+2T and 3Lo SP could still be a strong one (if clean), but the problem is in the FS: she should have to leave out one combo and do two solo 2As (for example 3Lz+2T/2A/3Lo/3F/3Lz/3S+2T/2A), because she usually doesn't perform 2T+2Lo combos. But in this way she would lose a lot of BV points to Wagner (if she rotates her 3-3), Hicks and Edmunds, and, given that she's never landed all these triples cleanly in the same performance this season, I'm not sure that her PCS could make up for all those TES points  A clean BV of the jumps of their performances (without e and < and with Gold attempting the layout I conjectured above) would be:
Gold 37.81
Wagner 46.12
Hicks 46.94 (I considered a 3F+3T at the beginning even if during the GP she's always performed a 3F+2T)
Edmunds 46.83

That is true, and why I say she must get it together if she wants results. Looking specifically to Nationals, though, it's probably less of an issue there- I think she can fall once or even twice and still remain in the top 3. It's not as if Wagner will be jumping circles around her (and Wagner herself has struggled with consistency at Nationals)...and Edmunds or even Nagasu clean wouldn't be able to beat flawed Gold (< 3 mistakes).

It's kinda? already happened. Gracie's been doing 4-5 clean triples in her free skates this season. Ashley at GPF had 6. (That being said, Ashley's had her share of bad LPs with 3-4 counted triples, so it just depends which Ashley shows up at Nationals).

Gracie's injury has actually taken a lot of the pressure off her. She's going in as the defending champion, but not the clear favourite. It'll be interesting to see who, between Ashley and Gracie, comes out on the attack.

Gracie may not go for the 3/3 at Nationals because it could aggravate her injured foot (I can recall a year when Kwan had a similar injury, and she did not do the 3t/3t for the entire season). Without the 3/3 in the SP, she couldn't build up a huge point cushion like she did last year.

1997-98, unfortunately. She did raise the technical bar by doing the 3F in the SP at Nationals and for most programs thereafter.
