He's incompetent in figure skating, like, at all. He has zero technical knowledge, when wil they find a competent Russian commentator? It's not like Russia have no ex-figure skaters who can do the job.

well Im an amateur os he'll do but ita! When will they invite some past champions like US does with Tanith for example!

Trankov wasn't there during Skate Canada, probably because he's competitive skater again. But at least their commentators know the difference between rocker and counter, that's already something. Sportbox commentators, on the other hand, are just incompetent.
