Arianna SOLDATI / Nicholas TAGLIABUE (ITA) skating to a right mixture of things! None of which went together. We had everything from Shirley Bassey singing "Diamonds Are Forever" to the "Mission: Impossible" theme. With weird stuff in between.

Arianna is wearing a beautiful black dress with sparkly neckline. Nicholas is wearing a black shirt and black trousers.

(That was the nearest photo I could get of Cinnamon and Rollin in the time I had).

Confusing music choices aside, they were really good!

They go into 3rd position in the FS, and 2nd position overall.

Layla VEILLON / Alexander BRANDYS (CAN) skating to orchestral music.

Layla wearing a dress where the top half is grey and teh bottom half is brown. Alexander is wearing a brown top with leaves pattern, and brown trousers.

It was different, but it was good!

They get crowned! And, again, the crowns match the costumes perfectly! You have outdone yourself, @NoNameFace !

They go into the lead of both the FD and overall.

I agree with Mark about the little mistakes.. but judges were impressed with speed

I preferred the program of Canadians but Ukrainians have some superior qualities, the transitional conent was a bit too much for me and they were a bit shaky here and there, however they still skated very, very well. It's hard to compare.
