2016 US Nationals Senior Men SP

Okay, here we go.

Alexander Johnson~ black costume with deep v and mesh in the front. Not sure what I think of the use of mesh on men's costumes.

Skating to "Trance," choreo by Christopher Dean. Little flow out of the 3A and combo, but he hangs on. Fall on solo Lutz. Nice extension in the camel spin. Good interpretation overall. Would have more impact with hit jumps.

Lol, no sense in trying to be modest now. You chose that neckline

(Alex tried to cover the gap in his shirt in the KnC)

Ben reminds me a little of Paul Rupp from last year, keeping the character theme throughout the program. But Paul's program was more fun and I can't tell who Ben's character is.

What happened to Paul?

(Edit: this was a complement, by the way)

Ben Jalovick~ First senior nats for him. Black costume with white lining in color. Character piece, but to be honest not sure what he's trying to portray. Has enough height on the 2A it looks like he could turn a 3A. Issues on the Lutz. Very nicely centered spins.

Nothing to do with Ben's performance, but the only time we'll see Kori tonight, sigh, and so strange to see her with Vincent!

Wait, the fancystats page lists Savary's GOE for his 4S as -3.77...

I thought the limit was +/-3 unless I'm having a brain fart.
