While Gubanova still didn't succeed in either of her programs, the fact that she despite that still managed to improvise the 3 jump combo and add the 2T to the salchow shows that she has some Radionova-like qualities and this is promising with regards to her mental toughness.

Woohoo Team Rukavitsin! Go Alena! Silver vixen! Great job by Sima too!

Russia seriously needs to send Sima to a senior B this spring or something, we NEED her to get on the senior GP circuit next season, she is such a voidy fabulous star. Also, girl has got some powerful jumps. Love her

Why just 1 combo for Julia? Not a bad skate at all, but she really can't afford to be giving up points like that by missing 2 combos and having no 3 jump...

I think they would like to add another 2A before her single 3T, and she was scheduled to put a 2T after the second lutz. But I don't think she can manage all those combos yet.

I am glad Stanislava Konstantinova skated well, since she is my new discovery this season.

Anyone knows what's the music in the first part of her LP? I know the middle section is Vai Vedrai from Cirque du Soleil but could not find the first part, though it sounds Cirque du Soleil. I checked out every single song from Alegria.

Yes, I think they're focusing more on the triples to make them consistent and clean which is actually an excellent strategy, since she has practically successfully re-learned lutz and loop since she left Tutberidze

so sad about my kitty
Should have earned more PCS:(
there is nothing better than a cold shower at the local competition. especially given that local competition always gives higher PCS, than international competitions.
I hope Alisa will work hard on her jumps, because if you look at here on her elements http://www.fsrussia.ru/results/1516/cor1516_final/Girls_FS_Scores.pdf
it's very frustrating :( at JWC I suppose will be more "-1" by judges on her "!" and "<" jumps. if she won't fix it, she will be again outside the top three :(

Does anybody know who is Maria Vigalova's new partner? Does she even have one?

I ask because apparently she is not skating with Parkman because Parkman is skating with another partner. Maria's fskate.ru page still list Parkman as her partner though.
