I am excited for the costume :laugh2:

I think if he skates clean so early it will make everyone including us, himself and his coaching team anxious. I just hope for a decent performance that would not make him go kuyashi kuyashi again :laugh: and so that I can enjoy the program until his next competition, it doesn't have to be clean clean clean. :biggrin:

Exactly my dilemma hahaha! I will be so happy if he skates clean but I will be anxious at the same time too if he does because of the fear of an early peak. :biggrin:
Well, if he could be as consistent as Satoko with THAT KIND OF LAYOUT, it would be a perfect world for me to live in. :laugh:
 
If everyone is so worried that he may have 2 clean skates, just think about it as coincidence and not peeking, its not like he never lands them at practice when he isnt at peek condition :biggrin:

Last year AIC, both skates had mistakes but it was still good overall (though, of course, not to him but no surprise here lol :laugh:) I'll be ok with this again, but at least one landed 4Lo would be great. If it doesn't work yet, well, that's fine since it's a work in progress, and success rate for such new jump in practice is already fair. :) we'll see...

May the Cosmic Goddess lends him some of her power tonight!!!
I've been able to stay up until 3AM for Satoko's FP at US Classics, but 3AM is, like, the time when the competition starts this time, and since Yuzu is skating in the last group, I'll be asleep when it will be his turn... I can only hope I won't have TOO much to catch up since I can already foresee dozen of pages regarding the SP and... THE COSTUME!!! :laugh:

During his run-through, Hanyu bailed part-way through a quad loop. Did about 3 1/2 rotations. Imagine doing a quad loop in SP!!!!

Hanyu stepped out of a quad loop at end of practice. Finished with a spin. Bowed deeply to all four corners. Pooh is at ringside.

I am so mad that i will be in class when he is going to be on the ice! And i am more worried about the SP's costume than the FS one. I shiver when i think about the abomination i proposed a few pages ago (Xylitol white meets boobskirt).
Edit: In that video before entering the ice... Is he dancing to Shakira!?

I was watching the SP practice and i imagined Yuzu in a purplish costume as the song is from the Purple Rain Album :scratch:
 
Taking a lunch break but wanted to comment on Let's go Crazy. He has so much personality in it, from the opening smile to the hand movements in the spin. I loved it and couldn't help smiling through the whole thing.
