Wenjing Sui & Cong Han

Congrats to Sui and Han. It's so great and uplifting to see their comeback after almost a whole season off the ice for her recovery. Never an easy decision but it seems the temporary setback was worth it for a better future. Truly magnificent pair. Hopefully they can keep up their good works!! The last pairs that I really enjoy were Shen/Zhao and Pang/Tong, and now Sui/Han is my topmost favorite pair skaters.

On a side note, seems like it becomes a trend to lift Han up in the podium. Too adorable . The last Chinese National Championships where Sui/Han won, Han was also lifted by JIN yang who won Silver and Wang Lei who won bronze. They are just adorable

Cong has excellent musicality that matches Sui's. He is also versatile in express different types of music and characters both using his movement and facial expressions, just like his partner. He is short but he worked hard to make up for it by strength training. The is a photo that shows his six packs and muscles on his arms, quite impressive. It doesn't hurt to be that handsome either. He is smart and is pretty good at learning launguages (not as good as Xiaoyu). To summarize, his is an equal partner in the pair, not just a frame to showcase the girl

I love how much he praises Sui in all their interviews. He loves her so much! (Platonically.) So much doubt for so many years over the potential height problem, and here he is, world champion. Also he finally has some rocking, hip hair to go with Sui. Gah! Love them both!

His flow, speed, and posture on the lifts is quite simply the best. No one else does it quite like him in the current field. And those twists- the strength and especially technique is so impressive.

I love their chemistry and obviously he's a big part of that. While Cong may be a undersized compared to other pairs' men, his performance abilities more than make up for it. He's not just a flagpole flying Wenjing around (as so many of the male partners are imo). You can feel his presence in the pair.

I like the BBC commentators, and also really love the British Eurosport guys. They are always so expressive and in awe of Wenjing and Cong. :luv17:

I hope they keep their programs for next year as well. Want more videos of it. Also perhaps Wenjing should change her FS dress into something more soft and lighter to match the music.

Their programs are both winners. I would really hope they would keep them. They've gotten very little mileage out of them at this point.

For the record, I called them World Champions as soon as their LP was done. There were 8 posts during the same minute!

Their emotional embrace after the LP told a whole story. Cong the strong stoic one could not hide it. I teared up with them.

I've also been calling for them to keep these programs for the Olympics. They deserve to be.

It's crazy to think that about a year ago, Wenjing could barely walk. Congrats to her and Cong for having an amazing comeback! Absolutely amazing programs and gorgeous skating.

I watched the CBC commentary, very disappointing!! As usual, whenever there is a top team that can be a threat to their Canadian favorite, they have nothing expletive to say, very poor sportsmanship. They even have the nerve to say that Sui/Han are the only threat to D/R, dream on, there is the Russians, Germans and the 2nd Chinese pair of Yu/Zhang! All they could think about is D/R's position. There is a Canadian lady commentator, I absolutely can't stand her, she has nothing good to say to the 'direct' competitor of a Canadian favorite.

I keep rewatching Sui/Han's SP & LP from the BESP guys - the way they describe Sui/Han's SP to Blues to Klook - Intoxicating!! I couldn't agree more, and what a perfect 'word' for it!!
