Any percussive existing programs?

Since figure skating is what you'd call an "artistic sport" (there's music), I think rhythm is quite important. But I don't remember/see many programs constructed upon a strong percussive base, let's say something arabic, african or latin. So far, I'm recalling some Denis Ten magnificent choices that bring some folkloric flavor, Michelle Kwan's "TFB" SP and Carolina Kostner's "Bonzo's Montreux" SP.

Can you give (show) any other examples of figure skating programs/dances set to strong percussion?

The first competitive examples that come to mind are Kurt Browning's 1993 short program to Bonzo's Montreux, Elvis Stojko's 1998 SP to Kodo drums, and Krylova/Ovsiannikov's 1999 free dance. You shouldn't have any trouble finding those online.

She choreographed few programs like this for Denis Ten and Adelina Sotnikova.

Cool. Now I remember that Michelle Kwan' SP from 1999 named "The fate of Carmen", it contained extracts from the movie "Carmen" by Carlos Saura, very strong acoustic sounds to place Kwan's straight line.

I don't know if I'd call it exactly percussive, but I've always wanted to see a skater perform to something like Fleetwood Mac's Tusk.

That has a very percussive vibe to it.

Max Aaron would be an excellent candidate for the job. That song is testosterone set to music. He's be great at it.

I can't remember the name of it, but Kurt Browning had a percussion piece that he used in one of those pro-competitions. What I do remember is that the program finished to the audience clapping to a steady beat that Kurt initiated.

Exquisite. It would make a giant leap for taking "advantage" of lyrics. I cross my fingers (and toes) to not having to watch another Beatles or Elvis' Medley by any of the top men (and ladies) in the upcoming Olympic season. Choreographers, please be a little creative and out-of-the-box!

Oh darling, you need to start watching synchro if you're looking for percussion. ;) A definitive beat is practically a necessity in the discipline.
