For someone with such a cute face Yuzu sure can look scary! I remember how he looked just before the free skate at Worlds this year - you could tell he was about to throw down!

Delurking to say how much I appreciate everyone in this fanfest. From the pics, news, translations, and everything else in between (invisible convos? hahaha). I'll try to post and comment more even though I'm not really one to do so just so that I can show my gratitude to everyone and their love of Yuzu.

This thread was divided by seasons in order to better preserve it as a whole as it was too large to stand alone - it was causing stress on the server each time maintenance was done or while searching.

Thank you for the link. I guess Hanyu will do some ice shows. He can't disappear whole summer. JSF will want him to be there as it will be good for Olympic PR.

Now I'm not sure which is off-topic and which is not, but just to update news about Yuzu,

Here is the calligraphy Yuzu did on the first day of that training camp:

Every athlete chose the most important Kanji for him/her, and wrote it down.
Yuzu chose 翔, which means "fly high in the sky (with wings)".
This Kanji is getting very popular among parents and used often in boy's names; 大谷翔平(Shohei Ohtani)

Actually, calligraphy is quite difficult though we learn it at school. I am very bad at it Yuzu's is very neat, I think.

Hanyu has nice taste for Chinese characters. He has always chosen some nice words every year. I guess he got this good taste from this father, who also named their children very nice.
