For this year I'd say yes, and I think it can benefit her. Eteri lost her front runner, so now she'll probably bet everything (and give everything) for Alina's succes. And probably Alina did not think at all about moving from Eteri's group. At least for this year. In the future, we will see...( but I won't be 100% sure cuz FS world is always full of surprises)

As for the question of leaving, at least now Alina is pretty different character than Zhenya. Look at all those shows abroad and interactions with people. Zhenya is that type who befrieds with others very easily, whether Alina is reserved, don't allow anyone to come close to her immediately, before she is sure about thet person's character. It's like me and my sister when we were kids. Sister was like Zhenya, during second or third day in children camp she knew everyone, had their adresses and so on. I was like Alina, very careful, enclosed. But when I became friend with someone, it was always deeper than just chatting and talking. Its the same till now, I have only a very few persons I call friends, but they are friends forever.
For the character like me, and I believe Alina too, it is hard to move to a different team or group, to loose tight connection with people I know, and to loose the position I hardly gained among others (so maybe my opponent was right at some point yesterday, when I approached Zhenya's choach changing too much from my angle of view, even when I'm still behind my arguments).

The picture with Eteri is like a statement that she'll stay...I don't think she posted it randomly and surely it's connected with what it is happening in the group right now.
