I'm wondering about that too. The Sun Valley Resort is quite pricey ($499/night minimum, I think most rooms/suites are way more than that), but probably not an issue for some of Nathan's wealthy Japanese fans

Thank you. Do you know if Japanese skating fans are typically older (30s-50s) in general or is that specific to Nathan?

The economy is much better over in Japan and the view of things like figure skating is much more appreciated.

It's pretty common for fans in Japan to attend multiple shows over the same weekend, but those are all in the same arena. The US SOI tour has a pretty rough schedule and is quite a challenge for a fan to follow.

Good for you. I have never traveled to see a skating show. I have never seen a skating competition before either. I’m so envious of people who travel to see skating.

I’ve never traveled for a skating show either - Sunday’s SOI show was my first show ever .

I would like to see another SOI show as well - but the other shows are just too far away.

I have never seen a competition either - but to watch Nathan compete - guess I would have to travel !

The only possible options for me this coming season would be either Skate America or 4CC (if Nathan is even there) - 4CC would be easier.

She even has a cat the same age as Nathan
