the full version will be released next Sunday (May 20th) on BS Japan so we have to wait until then.
According to some comment she has to modiffier some of her EX notament the pantomime of the beginning so I would have liked to see both versions.

Would someone have the translation of the new magazine Life or Wakaba appears with Satoko?

The dates for the Challenger series are out I wonder which Wakaba will choose? I look forward to being in July to find out what its programs will be.
 
Really cool exhibition by Wakaba. She's so cute! :love: *lol* at the commentators, "Oh...it's Moonwalk!" Hehe!
 
At first I had a little trouble but I think she did well, she had trouble with the moonwalk but she had time to polish it was only his first performance. She also intends to mount a new aspect of her skating and more technical difficulty according tweets from the translation of her interview.

Call me a harcord fan who does not recognize his faults but I am sad that we continue to criticize her for her lines and her lack of flexibility so I hope that with her new programs she's goes show they're wrong

THAT GLANCE in the beginning wow, should've definitely given people goosebumps! I think she kinda spaces out in the middle but gets back into it eventually. Maybe the program length is just too long? Otherwise totally spunky, love the attitude haha :luv17:
 
wow. great program and performance by Wakababy. her moonwalk is really great!!!. and she did decent "neck shake“ move, that I have never seen any other skaters incorporated in figure skating, Besides this, great musicality and Wakababy really knows how to dance as well. All classic MJ moves done properly.

ETA, i DON'T kr she had trouble with moon walk initially, she seems such a natural, definitely one of the best moonwalk I have seen done in figure skating.

I think it's always difficult to judge a program a skater skates for the first time. One thing is, they might not be entirely comfortable with it, the choreo is new and they might concentrate a lot on skating 'correct' The moves haven't been entirely put into the brain, so it sometimes looks weird. I think the program, or probably, the music in itself is a bit long. That's the problem with a medley. You put in four different songs, and sometimes that looks all over the place. In Wakaba's case I think she can grow into the program, and the latter half is better than the first half.

Exactly do not forget that it was a challenge for her so I think that with more practice she will succeed to make them change their minds like with his Schérazade FS or his Gypsy dance which had received criticisms at the beginning but towards the in the end she managed to nail them.

In her last performances at PIW Hachinoe she changed the beginning by removing the pantomimes so the program must be raccoursis which I think is easier for her, it was maybe too ambitious a program of 5 min, but I think it's good to have tried.

On the one hand, I am pleased that she wants to surpass herself but I wonder if incorporating more technical difficulties in her programs will not fail her, moreover with the new rules that happen it seems useless but I wait to see.
 
I don't think it's a shocking statement. It HAS to be her goal to be Japan's Number 1 and to win Worlds. After a silver medal at Worlds, it's the next logical step to aim for the World title. She needs that drive and self-confidence and she knows she can do it.
