It’s the brand of the blades she uses, in the post they mentioned the actual model she wears.

Edited to add: they also make boots but in her case she is a client just for blades

Do you think Eteri's team and Alina's parents refuse tons of interviews, tv appearances invitations for Alina? I remember in 2014 after the olympics, in a russian documentary about Yulia they said Eteri and her parents rejected so many medias invitations to let her breathe because the public was crazy about her and everybody wanted to see her, hear what she had to say. Alina is the gold medalist and i'm sure she's received tons of invitations too but she just went to that Putin thing (which i doubt she had a choice in accepting anyway) and has been on small random tv segments as well.

At this comp Alinka would have even without the points from the SP (the FS would have been enough). So impressive! How the commentator has said ..First place, "is not an unusual position for her" :luv17:

it's really good tho! maybe it'll help her not put herself under too much pressure to meet the olympic gold winner standards people will have for her. I have no doubt she'll work very hard for next season, she's our strong girl after all but she doesn't need the extra stress from medias, the public :roll5:

These girls now can be proud because they have competed against the Olympic champion!

To be honest, I think she just doesn't have the time to do that. She also has school stuff to do, maybe she helps her grandma with the household when she's in Moscow etc... (I really have no idea how she managed to study with all the post-Olympic fuss) Maybe she just tries to keep living like a normal person with the everyday tasks and doesn't want this celebrity lifestyle with talk shows, interviews, parties...

well the quality of the video isn't so good so what can we even tell? But i might be overreacting as well; when she was trolling with daniil on IG with the Carmen video she looked smaller in frame, thinner than she did around euros/olympics. It's not crazy to assume they're taking care of helping her go through puberty (weight gain, growth spurt). We can only hope it's being done in a healthy way.
 
Fun fact about music choice: I was bored and rewatched Alina's Olympic SP but decided to play another music over the video. I chose Max Richter's re-composition of Vivaldi's Summer (Trusova's music from her last FS) and oh my :) It matched so well, not only with her movements but with her dramatic expression! She's made for big frantic music especially when her programs are full of (very well executed) transitions, it's near to perfection! :coffee:

Sorry for the long post....

The angle from which you film someone, as well as the type of camera used, can change perception as to weight/height and so on. Same can be said for the way you post said picture (filters, stretching, etc).

She filmed this herself, so I'm guessing her Iphone X's front facing camera, this Iphone model has a different aspect ratio on its screen than other Iphone models. This might explain that recent picture of Alina with the flowers (gift from a fan) where she had longer legs.

If you stretch an image horizontally, it will make whatever is in the picture look taller (and by default, slimmer as you reduce the width).

Since we have seen other pictures of her recently, when she just got Masaru, at the graduation ceremony in Moscow wearing her red Olympics uniform, she looks about the same as she did back in the Olympics. I see slight differences, very slight, and most of them I credit to differences in picture taking process, lighting, and so on.
