I wonder if this is actually his long? Didn't he go to Shae-Lynn after Canada? There are some hip-hop elements to whatever this is.
I had the same thought. But it doesn't seem to fit with the bits Sam already posted, in my uneducated opinion. Of course they could be using two different pieces of music but at this moment I can't quite imagine a cohesive program that contains both parts.
Also, both 'previews'--this bit that we ?mistakenly? thought belonged with Caravan, and Sam's shares on his own IG--appear to require a lot of exertion (they are certainly not moves where one can glide along, slowly raising one's arm looking graceful). And I'm wondering if after all that exhausting choreography, there will be enough energy left to do spins and especially jumps. Last year Lori supposedly asked Nathan 'what do you need in order to land the jumps,' according to one of the articles.
With all due respect for Sam, who is an amazing and innovative choreographer, I can't help wondering if Sam, not being experienced (far as I know) at choreographing quad heavy men's long programs, may have let artistic sensibilities overwhelm practical reality. Could Sam (and Marie-France... sorry, didn't mean to leave out another brilliant choreographer's contributions) have choreographed a program that can't be humanly performed in conjunction with 7 jumping passes, 5 or 6 of which are quads, and all the spins and everything else too?
Again, I do love the bits Sam shared, but I do wonder if Sam's going to be available to tweak the program as the season goes along? Or would Sam at least be more understanding than Phillip Mills was when Ashley Wagner altered Phillip's choreography so she could land the jumps? Especially as the season and school year drag on, and Nathan may be barely sleeping at all, because no matter how smart you are, it is a challenge to combine a full time college load with skating. *sigh* And if he isn't sleeping, then I hope he has a reliable Uber driver to call on rather than risk driving himself to that training rink that's nearly an hour away from Yale.
Sorry for the downer post.
Here's a cheerful bit to balance it out:

If I could hang a tanabata slip I would wish Nathan a miraculously healthy *year* (or even longer)
