Apparently tickets for Helsinki go on sale 1 August... it'll be interesting to see how having Yuzu and Alina pushes the sales :)

I'm sure it will sell well, both are popular and Finland knows how to organize these events pretty well. I hope Sui and Han will be well enough to do the grand prix too, add them in and there's a really great list of competitors for the first ever Finnish grand prix. I'm jealous for anyone who is able to go!

Helsinki will be a blast.
I am excited what Yuzu will introduce in ACI.
Program, costume and feels.
But most of all I am holding on to the fact that he is recovering well.
The road to 4A seems brightening.

I think the most interesting about Goto's article is that he compares Yuzuru's working routine to the Japanese old working method. is talented in figure skating and that may contribute to his short practice time, but I think he might be able to do the same in other fields because he is smart ;)
He does a lot of imagine training in his mind, and he also gets inspirations from video game.
I too was very lighted when I read that he trained 14 hours per week and he is not an early bird.

The training camp for Japanese skaters has been taken place in Karuizawa (Jeff is there), and it seems the skaters are making announcements of their new programs. It is exciting to hear but I am also excited for Yuzuru's new program(s?) as well!

Last year, the media days were on August 8 and 9, Tuesday and Wednesday. I wonder if it is going to be around August 7 and 8, or 14 and 15 this year, hmm. In any way, we Japanese fans will have to have sleepless night waiting for the name of his new programs because of the time difference from Canada :dbana:

https://twitter.com/nanaironopadoru/status/1021667204809469952 Another surprise message of encouragement from Yuzu to students of Kessenuma Highschool, who will depart soon to their new school. --The students had been studying in a temporary school in Miyagi prefecture that had been set up after the 2011 disaster.

They must have spent unforgettable time in temporary school...I sincerely wish them good luck on their future.

:eeking: I just realize this is happening pretty soon! I remember thinking a few months back that the wait is so long. I guess my first off season experience is a pretty exciting one, so much that I didn’t notice how much time had gone by!

What ever his choice is, I can imagine the thread explode. Somehow I still can't rule out the possibility for him to repeat LGC. Maybe new FS and LGC 2.0?

Same here and tbh: I would really like to see LGC at its full potential. I do not (only) mean a clean skate but Yuzu literally "going crazy". At GPF16 he was very playful and had a lot of fun, but he didn't freak out entirely as he did in some group choreos at FaOI for example. I think LGC could evolve to a program of the century.

Remember the improvement from Chopin 1.0 to 3.0. If you ask me, it was worth it :agree:

Can people stop talking about him recycling something again!?
I don't know when he'll probably retire but if he doesn't last until the next Olympics, I'd hope for new SPs from now on so we can have more than just 5 SPs in his entire senior career!

I'm hoping TWO NEW programs! Please Yuzu, have mercy on your fans.
But then...what if it's...Carmen?
Then It will be, Yuzu, bring back LGC, please!

Don't worry:p It's not like he would lurk here and see the post and think 'ummm this is a good idea'. Oh wait he does lurk a lot, damn:rofl2:

Gabby already has Carmen so we're safe!
Wait, Bet also had Carmen last season so we're not in fact safe from TCC double choices.
