The PCS are too lowLike I don't think that the spins affected the performance

I love the costume, maybe more winter vibes than autumn, but these were Johnny colours too :luv17:

I am not a fan of his costume now but for sure i will learn to like it too. I am right with the blue and white though

Beat me, but something happened to Yuzu between the 6min warm-up and and his SP, no?
During the warm-up he looked so strong physically and mentally. In his program I feared that he's collapsing every moment... He rotated his jumps, but not with that power, ease and confidence from the practice sessions. And the spins... however I look at it, this was not Yuzu from practice and media day.
The performance was solid (especially early in the season), but he can do better for sure
Wish him all the best for tomorrow

This is actually a common pattern for him in Canada in the early season. He'd be very strong in practice, but have some glitches in stringing it all together.
The relatively low score here will for sure spur him on, like always, to give the judges no room to take points away. The Kuyashii will sustain him.

I was very dissapointed that we couldn't share the moment Yuzuru's first competition started, but I am very glad that he did very well for his first competition in the season (it is still only SP though)
Love the program, it was really great to see him smiling during the steps. Unfortunate error in spins but it will only get better and better, and I am looking forward to seeing his performance in GPS already :luv17:

There's also tomorrow! Hopefully all server issues have been fixed. We can have our costume reveal moment then.
We need to share this kind of thing with other costume (and Yuzu) enthusiasts.

They lowballed him on PCs. He was gorgeous out there. I understand the ur and the invalid spin but his PCs shouldn’t be that low!
No UR, but that spin was costly.

Hmmm...I went to yuzu_pino's twitter looking for vids and it appears her(?) is protected now? It wasn't earlier. Is that normal? Or did something happen. I hope it'll be back soon. I was just catching up on the older posts.

Pino regularly locks the account to prevent spam followers. It opens again in time.
Somehow... I don't know... he seem a bit disoriented, like he has that 4A target set before his eyes and has nothing else left to desire. It's kind of sad. IMHO of course
