I'd like to see Alina end up having something else in common with Katarina Witt....

Alina for gold in 2022! And then come back and compete in the Olympics again in 2026 or 2030!



I would so thrilled if Alina wins in Beijing, but honestly I'm happy as long as she is happy, healthy, and her retirement, may it be in the far, far off future, is on her own terms.

That Canadian judge probably got scolded yesterday after the SP, because today she was not as stingy with points as yesterday She suddenly gave Alina and the other girls higher PCs and GOEs.

Alina have never been that good without Evgenia .. also Alina push figure skating to the new height .. the same is doing Sasha along with them (even if she never be good in seniors (i dont predict anything and dont wanna be negative, just in case) she will have place in history). Figure skate world will remember them forever and all deserve nothing but respect! And it hase nothing to do with the fact that somebody is your favorite (e.g. I like most Alina, but Evgenias Karenina was god damn well) Sometime I dont understand why people have so much hatred! We speak about two still teenage girls who achieve more than probably all twitter discuters together and everywhere is only like Alina is done (now she is overscored ) and Evgenia is overweight ..

Thx! Unfortunatelly I have a date with my friends .. and they are not invested in Figure skating as me ..sooo I have to wait till sunday's afternoon At least i dont have to be nervous, just curious

Alina's FS was so good just in the beginning of this season!!! Her jumps look solid even though she has grown 3 more inches.
Those transitions in and out the two 2-axels, amazing! She owns Carmen although it is a warhorse.
When she doesn't need to do back-loading, I can appreciate and enjoy her stsq much much more.
