It's preaty much straightforward if you have any video editor (Adobe Premier/Final Cut) on PC or tablet.
Or here is a simplest online tool - just add link to youtube video, load it, type the timecode and length of desired fragment, than create gif.

You can use the Russian Cup events to get either a senior or a junior Nationals spot, not both, and you are limited to two. Except in pairs, they can participate in four events, two as juniors, and two in seniors to get both a senior and a junior nationals spot. Singles can't do that. Are there a max number of Cup of Russia events skaters can go to or are they limited to 2? Pretty sure they can do more than 2 if they do both junior and senior events but I'm unsure if they can do 3 or more senior events.

It's some special dance? Please, tell me about.

When you think about it though, there is no one in the world, male or female, who has a consistent 4L. I'm not sure it is even possible to have a consistent 4L.
"Chronic consistency issues". Right, because skaters tend to be consistent less than a year after returning from a major injury. Ridiculous. And now it's labeled as "chronic".
People didn't even note it when I said that Anna actually can challenge Trusova, which she should be able to. I don't think Trusova will ever land a better 4Lutz than the first one by Anna today. Also, if you think that this is the extent of what she's going to be able to do, I feel like you're going to be either disappointed or surprised.
It's too late for Tsurskaya to fix anything, I think.
Osmond doesn't skate for Russia. Her Fed doesn't have a factory line of girls.
And is that really what you want for Anna? Trusova gets to be the next Medvedeva. Kostornaia the next Kostner. And Anna gets to be the the next Osmond? How sad. I don't want that for Anna. I want her to win because she was the best and beat everybody else fair and square. Not win because Zagitova was having a bad day.
You need to get over this injury thing. It's not unique and it is not an amazing thing to come back from. Every single lady on the Olympic podium at Pyeongchang has broken their leg. One of them even had a serious injury at the time. And it is a chronic issue. Anna has skated cleanly a grand total of three times. That's the very definition of a chronic issue. And you can't use an old injury to excuse everything. Especially when what she is messing up are simple skils. There is no reason for her to be putting her hands down in the step sequence. And I'm sorry if you don't like that but trying to drag Sasha down to try and build up Anna is not going to change that fact. If you want to pick Sasha apart, fine, she too has more than her fair share of issues (pre-rotation). Alena has her issues as well (lutz). Go nuts. I will even go nuts with you. But at least be objective and have the integrity to admit where Anna's issues are as well. And for the love of all things holy don't do it to try and make the other look good. There are three medals at JGPF, they can all succeed.
