Kim Ha-nul gets Finland. She was the most egregious omission from the initial assignments, in my view, considering she was thirteenth at the Olympics.
Good! She definitely deserved a spot.

It looks like Alexia Paganini is going to the INTERNATIONAUX DE FRANCE.

Alexia Paganini is now both at https://www.isu.org/docman-document...ries-2/17412-ladies-2018-19-all-6-events/fileWhere did you see this? I don't see it on the ISU entries page
So Alexia gets two? That seemed necessary.
Ok so who else is likely/possible to drop out? Radionova from NHK and maybe Karen Chen from Rostelekom?

I'm becoming a little lost of who is dropping and who is the substitute
I thought I was keeping up with all the withdrawals, but Choi's is new to me. Why did she withdraw? I was looking forward to seeing her.
She's entered for CS Inge Solar Memorial, but I gather from what's said here that if her boot issues still aren't resolved then she will probably withdraw from that too.Veronik Mallet is now out. This is not a good year for Canadian ladies. At this point they should just WD Alaine and pack her up in bubble wrap to some mystery tropical island.
Out of Skate Canada?
She was out for all of last season with a serious injury.Sounds like she aggravated an old injury.
that Sima can get her spot
