(and please, no more Medvedeva VS Zagitova. Both fell twice and missed a caskade. They should be left alone to practice)

I think all the Orser vs. Eteri drama has been really negative for both girls and potentially could cost Russia a medal at Worlds and future spots. These girls are under so much pressure and so much hate directed at both of them for things unrelated to their skating.

I bet there will be a lot of argument who got dragged by pcs more

Btw not all pcs 9+ with a fall is even allowed by ISU regulations to complain a bit

That’s why I was so calm yesterday. Just let them skate and support them all. They all really need our support more than our criticisms. As fans it can be very traumatic to watch too so it’s imprtant to look out for each other.

The junior girls really inspired me today. I’m going to do something with that feeling

How did Gubanova do today? I am hoping over 200 points for her as a senior in a senior competition.

She's 9th with the score of 203.76. Apart from a fall on a 2A, she was really good.

Looking from a psychological perspective, it could be the best if they send Liza, Stasya and Sofia to the international competitions after this National Champ and let both Zhenya and Alina keep working away from pressure of expectations.

I just hope alina is jot that seriously injured. Cause if she is and it gets worse that another question is will she be healthy enough to go to euros ?

Stasya, Alina and Liza? or Sofia or Medvedeva? idk about Sofia but none of the other 3 skated perfectly.... i wonder if Liza skated at nats she might be on podium or finished as highest ranked senior given how consistent she is... and her PCS will sky rocketed too here.

It was my pipe dream...but certainly not my guess. I don’t think it could’ve been anyone’s.

Also congratulations to Stasya on being the first senior! She's 100% on the team now. Her FS wasn't perfect but overall she deserved her placements among the seniors.

Zagitova won both of her GP events and came in 2nd at the GP final. Rus Fed will send her to Europeans definitely.

If Liza is not well enough and had enough training in time for Euros, the choices will be Sofia or Zhenya.

Yes, Zhenya secured her funding with a decent FS (and maybe the Olympiade?) and nobody should blame the girls that did better.

As someone who suffered with pneumonia once I'd like Stasya, Alina & Sonya for EC and replace the one who did worst with Liza for worlds

And after today 3A for junior worlds should be beyond doubt!
