Ok I just went to the wrong rink.
The secretary didn't speak English and my Russian is terrible, but I understand that the figure skating practices wold be on the afternoon. I showed her the picture of the practice rink and asked where it was and she didn't know, but probably it's the one next to the arena, which make perfect sense.
Maybe I was just dumb

Alina is not here in her afternoon practice session neither Stasya or Sonya. The Russian ice dance couples didn't show up either.

To tell the truth, I will expect Alina to be on tomorrow's practices, since it's one hour flight from Moscow. This is a pattern that we've seen when the competitions are close to Moscow.

Hello everyone in this thread again it's rather hard to post from the phone)) I asked a volunteer and practice rink is actually in the building next to the main arena ( marked two long words in Russian, it's a speed skating rink). I entered through the door marked "media entrance"and went upstairs. Nobody is practising now there. Sorry for inconviniences in the morning it's rather hard to find an English speaking senior person in my country. security guy at the entrance assured me that at the competitions there will be" "specially trained persons" who will be able to handle questions.
