I think the reason for not backloading is probably because its much safer? The only jump that gets a bonus for SP is the last jump, it’ll give her a slightly larger base value sure but if she misses it, its gone for good. It would be much wiser to put the combo as the first jump; if she misses it she can tack on a 3F-3Lo at the end instead (or even 2A-3T if the ice conditions are poor to jump Lo combinations). As it is the base value difference between backloading the 3F and the 3Lz3Lo with say a +3 GOE all around is basically 0.4 points. Not worth the risk at all imo.

I understand this, but we know that Eteri's team attitude to the risk is just: "If you think it is risky, than you didn't train well." :)

I know its for an ad campaign, but I think it also sums up what skating means to her.
And her competitive mindset.
 
I know it probably won't happen, but I really wouldn't mind if Alina kept her dress for Me Voy from the show and competed in it.
It's so different than most gradient/transparent/fluid textures that skaters usually use, I really like how it stands out with its' design.
Even though it's all black, it's so elegant and interesting.
Simple, yet very stylish.

I'm already emotionally attached to that dress. :drama: It is so beautiful and she looks so beautiful skating in it. Such an improvement from the blue hand-me-down from Diana she wore last year. Based on the reaction to the dress in the Russian and Japanese media/social media, this dress is a HIT! Fingers crossed she keeps it!
