Whole novel.
Tracy blaming former coach technique for Medvedeva's fall is SP is just precious... Who would expect her to accept responsibility for that?

Disagree.
Tracy did not blame her former technique, she said Zhenya tried too hard/had the wrong mindset and thus went back to her old technique. It was clear that it was Zhenya who made that mistake and the coaches who would have to solve that with her. Only thing she said was that the old technique doesn't work for her anymore. No blaming on her part, the parts about it being bad for the back etc. were my own interpretations which is why I added them there. Sorry if that wasn't clear enough.
Good for you.:agree:
But Fluture, don't you understand that Eteri's technique for Zhenya is PERFECT ALWAYS NO MATTER HOW MUCH ZHENYA'S BODY HAS CHANGED?????
Zhenya's back injury: Considering that Tursynbaeva, with a quite dangerous back injury that has forced her to miss both of her GP events now, was doing biellmanns in both (!!) of her programs at Shanghai Trophy, I suspect that Zhenya's body would have broken down even further if she had continued to train the way she had.

I was thinking the Requiem for a dream soundtrack would have suited Trusova fs better than this GOT music

What I find quite funny is that Evgenia fans blame Eteri for both 'pushing her too hard' in the Olympic season and for 'holding her back technically' at the same time.
That Evgenia apparently wanted a harder technical content, but Eteri was like 'No, ya can't, I'm not letting ya do this, Alina's gotta win this'.
And then at the same time they blame her for letting Evgenia train hard for the Olympics too, and 'ruin her'.
Which one is it? Was she pushed too hard or was she held back?![]()

What I find quite funny is that you managed to read all that out of my post even though I didn’t even mention anything like that.![]()
As for Evgenia, part of the problem certainly seems to be her mixing old and new technique that she has been taught. She really tried to fix lutz edge and her whole axel technique, and these were the jumps that caused troubles. There were certain improvements after moving to Orser (axel when it's landed and +3Lo) and some drawbacks (loss of consistency) as well. But we can't take a look at alternative reality where she stays with Eteri and see whether her situation changes in any way. Also, the competition is much, much stronger than it was in her prime years so that may play a role as well. Today a layout with one lutz, no loop combo and no 3.5+ rotations will hardly give you a chance for a medal, while in 2016 and 2017 it easily brought Zhenya every gold.
I agree with all of thisI read it before countless times, and you and Luna alluded to it here, that Eteri wasn't careful with Evgenia's back letting her do bielman and now she lost it.
Guess it qualifies for 'pushing her too hard'. And then y'all love to quote how Tarasova said 'Evgenia wasn't allowed to do harder content, because Eteri forbade her'
So the question is, which one is it? I'm asking you as her hardcore fan, did Eteri push her too hard or did she hold her back?

I don’t know who “y’all” is? Can you specify? Because unless you do, how can you expect “y”all” to answer?
I for one have never quoted TAT for anything and probably never will.![]()
Not you, el henry.

ps. Elizabet is an adult, so are her parents. I'm sure they make informed decisions on what to train based on doctor's advices. If you know more about her diagnosis than them and what she's allowed or not allowed to do by medical professionals, please (in the words of everwise el henry) provide the links and proof.
Disagree.
