Alina and Shiseido

Alina Zagitova, the star of women's figure skating, who serves as the Global Ambassador for SHISEIDO, collaborated with Shiseido to create makeup designs for this season's official competitions. Zagitova had a thorough meeting with Reiko Ito, the company's makeup artist, to complete the makeup to match the characters portrayed in the programmes, the music used, and the costumes. The makeup theme of the short program is "A woman who leaves her passionate love," with vivid lips on a mat background that enhances her black dress, and ash brown eye colour. The free programme theme is "Cleopatra". Deep green eye-coloured, gold-layered eye makeup creates exoticism and glamour. These make-ups will be shown at the Grand Prix series 2019 round three in France, and Zagitova commented, "I would be happy if I could focus not only on choreography and technique, but also on costumes and makeup to support them in the performances."
