He is not a fan, he is the doctor hired by the Angelofplusenko Academy for rehabilitation. Congratulations to Evgheni for doing everything so that his athletes are in the best health conditions
I think he's a professional masseur

I wonder how one can read the jump height to the centimeter based on such relatively bad images with an undefined perspective. With cameras positioned accordingly and a defined distance, this is certainly possible without any problems, but here? You need 1. a scale (we don't even know how tall Sasha is and using the boots as a reference would be extremely imprecise) and 2. the exact ice surface at the moment of the highest point of the jump. Both are relatively undefined here. In short, in my opinion these are estimates rather than measurements.

I always had the same argument with these kinds of things. Blurry image, camera angle, tilted body position in the air - those things aren’t really taken into account, especially when it’s calculated from a video screenshot.
So I wouldn’t say any of it is particularly accurate and shouldn’t be taken too seriously. Still a fun thing to do for skating fans and gives a rough idea, that Sasha’s 4T between 60-70cm, which is already a pretty good assessment.

I had set a 😉 after it. 😄😉
I know the circumstances. In the post they were explained (I hope Sasha is not injured). Regardless of that, the term "fan" fits in spite of all becausehe was undoubtedly enthusiastic about Sasha. 🚀

If my memory serves me, the author of the article previously explained in detail his method of measuring jump height, which can be found in his blog. It measures the time of the air phase of the jump, making it easy to calculate the height. Of course, measurement error is always present. But this guy has been doing this for a long time and already has a lot of experience in this (y). So I tend to trust his numbers.

I just rewatched Sasha's programs from test skates and every time I'm mindblown again. Having Sasha work with Elena to improve her components might well turn out to be a stroke of genius from Plushenko's side. Also her music especially in the FP is very well chosen. A classical piece for Sasha to underline her artistic skills but still with a powerful step sequence to have the Russian Rocket take off and take the audience (and hopefully the judges as well) with her. Can't wait for CoR II :party2::party2::party2:

Yes, I'm still in awe of Sasha improvements and of how well the music has been chosen to help highlight both her improvements and her jumps. Chapeau bas, as they say!

"Ratched" TV series, the opening theme. CS-S, opus 40. "Danse Macabre". Looks good for Sasha.
All green Sasha as Sister Ratched...

Sasha is looking for a new coach. Rozanov is no more.

Wow!!! is this true?

Who could she go to?

Nothing new. Where do it they that she is looking for a new coach? Plushenko is her coach.
