Alina Zagitova and Ivan Urgant became the best TV presenters in 2020

According to the results of the survey, in which more than 80 thousand people took part, one main conclusion can be drawn - our viewers are still madly in love with figure skating. How else to explain the fact that in the competition between men, Alexei Yagudin, who, strictly speaking, is not a professional TV presenter, lost only a fraction of a percent to the recognized ruler of the air, Ivan Urgant? It’s even scary to imagine what the final result would have been if the far-sighted Ivan had not invited Ice Age participants to his show “Evening Urgant” so actively and thus won over some of the fans of figure skating.

In women's category, the situation is even more obvious - Alina Zagitova, who tried herself as a TV presenter for the first time in the "Ice Age", and one of the participants in the new season of the ice show Olga Buzova, easily broke away from their competitors. Alina was the first to come to the finish line - well, that's understandable, after all, she is an Olympic champion.

It's funny that at first there was a lot of criticism against Alina - they said that the 18-year-old debutante did not feel very confident under the spotlight. Now Zagitova has a worthy answer for all the spiteful critics - they say, that I am somewhat constrained and insecure? Hah, I am the best! Don't believe me? Go to kp.ru!

Glad to see that Alina didn't waste her valuable time taking "speech lessons" from Gubineriev.
I also hope his well placed friends in the coaching world who snickered with him about Alina are taking notice.
You never know when they might need an announcer as well as a skater for one of their ice shows!

At the end of the day it's just another fan-voted popularity contest. And how Alina, with her 825K+ IG followers, managed to win over Olga Buzova (22.7 million IG followers!) is amazing.

Another award based on voting, albeit much more prestigious! I'm just happy to see Alina get love and recognition from her fans. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before 'someone' decides to 'Kanye' this moment and try to start yet another backlash, but I don't even care. Based on today's content it seems the First Channel doesn't either!
