Messy, but he never stopped fighting and that speaks volumes to his training now. I think he’s definitely out of the conversation for the world team proper this year but I could see him making the alternates list.

I’ve watched Pulkinen four or five times this year and each time it’s like I’m watching him for the first time. I can never remember what he’s skating to. Like always, I won’t remember this program five minutes from now.

Ah, Camden. The beautiful posture, the elegance and intention of every movement, the sensitivity to the music—and that was a hellava nice 3A. One of my favorite US men, no matter if he has a miss here or there.

His opening 4T is textbook perfect along with the 3A in the second half. Unfortunately, the quad was followed by a popped lutz and his axel by a single jump seq into a single axel.
They may still give him a 4CC spot. I’m going to root for others though….
