Thank goodness. It was badly getting in the way when there was one person on the ice, but it was even worse with two people on the ice.

Hopefully they will be able to whip up a version that is more compact and less intrusive. (*cough* copy the ISU's TES Box *cough*)

Fun program from Katerina MRAZKOVA / Daniel MRAZEK despite Katerina's sq twizzle mishap. Think @CrazyKittenLady would have loved the cartwheels especially with Katerina's colorful skirt.

So, it was the Mrázeks that I saw doing the synchronised cartwheels during the Warm-Up.

Sorry Kateřina, but that skirt was scaring me throughout the programme. True, we've seen skirts longer than that in Ice Dance before, but the ones I remember were heavier material that didn't fly about quite as much.

I enjoyed having a Beatles medley. But, there were perhaps too many songs in there.

Nevertheless, I did enjoy the programme.

They go into 2nd position, less than a point behind their team-mates, the Taschlers.

Phebe's dress is spot on for the 60's. But, I felt James was dressed a bit too formally.

To be honest, I was confused. The costumes that Kristina DOBROSERDOVA / Alessandro PELLEGRINI (ARM) were wearing didn't seem to have any connection with the music.

I was expecting a beach themed programme (e.g. "Surfing USA" by the Beach Boys, or "Wipe Out" by the Surfaris). But, it wasn't anything near that.
