Word Scramble - New Game!!!

The second word I was thinking of was "delis" (plural & short foe "delicatessen'). What does sidle mean?

scuba

cweti
twice

erfid

To sidle is to move slowly sideways. For instance, if you were moving through a crowd at a party and had to edge your way between people, you might have to sidle rather than pushing straight ahead. Often used in novels when an unpleasant character wants to sneak up unobtrusively and murmur a warning in the ear of a higher-ranking person, he doesn't walk up to them, he sidles up.

genie, "neige" (snow) in French!

I almost said 2 words for neeig because one of the big dolls in my collection was dressed by the doll artist as The Snow Queen and we (my daughter and granddaughters) call her Neige. She was sitting across the room from me with one of the baby dolls on her lap because the "big kids" in the collection all have to babysit here to pay for the space they take up :ghug:. Neige now wears a children's snowsuit. The marabou and sparkles on her Snow Queen dress were too attractive to the cats, so it was hung in a closet for safekeeping.

weeps, sweep -- and I'm stuck there. Just waiting for my ride to the rink, so quickly cheated and Googled the letters, but none of the many Scrabble sites made more than those two words either. I'll check when I get home and see if anybody else got a third word out of the letters :scratch2:

Oops! I made a mistake! The third word I was thinking of was "spew," which only has four letters & one "e." Sorry!

Go ahead & give us another word to unscramble, Diana! :points:
