I'm interpreting the "big yearly prizes" as Worlds Gold and "the rarer one" as Olympic Gold. If you consider any medal rather than just gold, then Elvis wouln't fit.

I did realize he was doing Stars on Ice. I have followed his career because I lived in Richmond Hill while he was competing, and he is essentially the same age as my daughter. He retired from doing shows for many years, but came back for the Thank You Canada and Rock the Rink tours. I have seen him three times since his show comeback: the two above and the holiday version of Stars on Ice. He wasn't great in the TYCT, but was really back in form by Stars on Ice. He is now the headline pro of Stars on Ice, and it is well deserved.

As the first man to land a triple Lutz is Donald Jackson, a Canadian, I didn't even know about kubicka's achievement . Thanks for letting us know.
