2025 U.S. Nationals Senior Free Dance

I cannot believe Jonathan managed to hold on to that lift, he was holding her upright by ONE LEG with no support, that is some insane upper body strength! But they receive a CuLi1+CuLi1 with negative GOE, which dropped their BV by almost 6 points. Combine that with a tight RoLi and errors on the assisted jumps and this was as close as you can get to a full-fledged ice dance disaster :(

Now that Jean Luc Baker has pointed it out on the practice cam, I can’t unsee how he sticks his butt out and holds his upper body awkwardly.

Thanks Jean Luc you’ve added to my stock of pet peeves now :)
Jonothan?

Well, that's cringe!
it's borderline illegal, it's a felony in the United States to marry someone solely for citizenship purposes and it is wholly irresponsible to have a LITERAL CHILD engaging in such a risky endeavor for a shot at the Olympics (which is the only skating competition that requires citizenship) that is unlikely to come before they have a chance to be naturalized in other ways.

Has she officially retired from ice dancing? I hope she's keeping OK, but I loved her and Jean-Luc - one of my favourite teams.
No but the writing is on the wall....JL kept talking in practices about what he used to do when they "used" to skate. It's painful and I broke up with ice dancing after mourning their US Championship, Olympic team medal and world medal
