2025 U.S. Nationals Senior Men's Free Skate

An absolutely unnecessary and uncalled for fall for Ilia. That’s why I said he should play this more conservatively and go for the clean skate. Rest your body! That fall looked like it hurt too. Reminiscent of Nathan Chen attempting a quad at the 2016 Nationals exhibition and injuring himself.

Guys, does Jason has grounds for petitioning at all..? If not, who do you think will get that 3rd spot??

I thought he was hurt after that fall, he looked like he landed flat on his back, and was skating slowly. I thought that the was knocked out of him.

I'm glad he was able to get up and get it all back.

Ilia needs to dial it back with the quads you don't need to do 7 here kid. Remember you need to protect your body.
Exactly! He acknowledges in interviews that he needs to choose a layout that he can easily do and preserve his body for the Olympics and then pulls a reckless stunt like this. Not smart!
