She showed some real grit finishing the jump sequence. I hate the song, but I like the program. They really make the most of it. I’m glad they did well one home ice; they’re going to remember this moment. They really brought the house down.

That is a good step on the way to conquering those jumps. I feel that program had pent up frustration because of the jumps, the tragedy and the pressure. So nice of them to be able to move forward and get on with their life and career.

I decided to be minimalistic during this champs, all my skaters in FS is enough, so now I can't be hurt whatever they'll do

Efimova and Mitrofonav do well to capitalize on the SP and FS errors made by Pereira and Michaud. The Americans needed more accomplished skaters to make errors in order to give themselves a chance and that’s exactly what happened.
