Yes, they have a chance but a pair other than the two here have to go compete for it. Which they are VERY unlikely to secure for the Olympics

6+7=13? That means they can send a pair to Beijing to try to get the third spot. They could not get three guaranteed spots tonight because that would have needed them to have three pairs in this free programme.

Yes, happy for the US pairs big I'm sad for pairs from other countries. With Russia, China and the USA trying to qualify a pair each, it's going to be very very difficult for anyone else.

Holy smokes! I think the USA got 2 spots + chance for 3rd! Yes, worst they can place is 6th and 7th = magic 13.

The throws again let them down, such a shame, tje program is so good apart from this choreographically and in terms of execution.

I think I’ve only seen her land a throw once. But kudos to her for trying.

I think they make it. After the short, the two teams together needed to go up by one placement (total)

Ellie and Danny fall two spots, but Alisa and Misha go up three placements... so 6+7=13 and three spots.

Color me mildly surprised.
