i didn't say they shouldn't do itOr maybe this is part of their plan that they discussed with Skate Canada since they mentioned that doing the first two JGPs back-to-back was to give them time to work on their senior programs. If they're talking about Warsaw Cup being the one that fits with their plan the best, I think they have a good idea of what they're doing.
Looking at this quote about competing as a Senior at Nationals:
If someone's nervous about moving up to Senior and adding in that third lift, it's probably a good idea to have them do a low-stakes domestic competition before making their Senior international debut. Give them the chance to test it out and see how they feel before throwing them in.

it does look from this quote that they are being careful and take progress seriously and step by step, which I value a lot. In any case, the more they compete, the more we get to see them, the happier i am.
