Words and rhyme - game

As they were about to have his tombstone inscribed
Sam sat up in the heart of the flames.

(The Robert Service cabin in Dawson City is owned by the Parks Canada which runs guided tours of it).
When Vancouver hosted the 2010 Winter Games,
tourists were amazed at our warm, wet weather!

It's better than eating carrion
like vultures and eagles

(I know, the vultures and eagles eat the carrion, not are the carrion, but making that clear would mess up the end of the second line!)
If you want a quiet, lazy lap dog, beagles
would not be a good choice :jumping::excited:

(A friend has a beagle who is a wonderful greeter and host to her visitors, but would wear me out if I had to live with him :dbana:!)

If you have a good voice,
go ahead and sing!
Good acoustics can make a voice ring.
Poor ones can make you sound muffled.

(I was trained to sing to the top rows without straining, but have sung in halls where there was so much upholstery on the seats, curtains on the walls, and winter clothing on the audience that it sounded, to my ears, as if my voice travelled about three feet, hit an invisible blanket, and dropped dead on the stage :dbana:)

What is your vocal range
in a choral group?
Whatever the troupe
might need

[Back in the days when I could still sing, I stood in the middle of small choirs so I could bolster whichever range needed it, 1st soprano, mezzo, light alto. :( But ever since my vocal cords got wrecked, my range is only about an octave. I miss it.]
