This competition has made me a Kei fan, her jumps are huge when done well and I love her lines and aesthetic on the ice. She also has some really unique choreo in this program, and I love that she's doing an Amelie program; she must be inspired by Kaori. I really hope she can get some JGPs next season and start to get some more experience, a lot of these silly errors seemed like they were due to a lack of competition experience and nerves. Her short was definitely a stronger program, but she still did herself well at this event. I suspect she's going to be a bit of a late bloomer but she has a lot of talent and I'm excited to see where she goes over the next few seasons.

Hate this skate. She is so slow and also doing what she want completely ignoring music.Awful performance.

Mai 😭😭😭 just beautiful, emotional skating, these programs are so wonderful this season. If this is her last competition, she did so well, she has restored her jumps and is injecting new heart and soul into her choreo. This was one of her best free skates in years... gosh I'm going to cry so much during this competition. I'm so proud of her, she has fought so much through injury and illness in her career and this was an amazing performance from her.
